Fairview

Fairview is a northern suburb of Dallas located 30 miles north on Hwy 75. It borders Allen on the south and McKinney on the north. With a population of 7,914 it covers 8.8 square miles, Fairview is known for its rolling hills, trees and creek lots. It enjoys the small town feel (with a 1 acre minimum lot size) with the city conveniences of The Villages of Allen/Fairview and Watters Creek only a few miles away. Fairview is also home to Heritage Ranch, a master planned 55+ Golf Course community. Fairview is served by the highly desired Lovejoy ISD with 3 elementary, 1 intermediate, 1 middle, and 1 high school and McKinney ISD.
